Real Career Experience

No coffee runs here. You want real-world experience, and we want to find our future salespeople. Interns receive the same training and development as full-time employees. You will attend a two-day training at our headquarters in Atlanta, GA, have daily 1:1 mentorship, and work through a comprehensive Training Guide.

We also believe learning happens by taking action! Interns start out as Recruiters to learn our business model - just like every IG employee. You will make a positive impact on job seekers by sourcing, interviewing, and hiring them for our clients’ positions daily. Additionally, you will have weekly sales exposure working alongside Account Managers to research opportunities, cold-call prospective clients, and help close business.
